R8 is Armagh’s answer to wellbeing under one roof with our state of the art gym, health conscious cafe and relaxing recovery suite. We are proud to be one of the first places in Ireland to offer a space for like minded people to come together and improve their fitness (in a group class or 1-1 setting), indulge in delicious food and drinks (coffee, matcha, smoothies, acai and more), and focus on recovery both physically and mentally with our infrared sauna, cold plunge pool, compression boots and jacuzzi.
