Cardio & HIIT Classes

Our fitness classes take place in Armagh in our modern, state of the art gym with the aim to bring fun and fitness together. Each class is 45 minutes and is designed to be low impact whilst improving your strength and conditioning.

You will have your workout tracked with our Polar Monitors which show you throughout the class your heart rate and calories burned, and gives you immediate post workout feedback. You can also track your progress on the app to see how you are improving.

In each class you can expect to do work on our SkiErg, BikeErg, Rowing Machine and Assault Bike, paired with weight and body weight exercises. Open to all abilities, we make sure you get the most out of your workout, and work to keep the class bespoke to your levels to ensure you love our R8 Gym Class.

Small Group Personal Training

R8’s Small Group Personal Training programmes are in our Armagh Gym. You can book these in weekly blocks. This option allows a more bespoke training programme, and is ideal to help with improving your form and getting more in depth advice from our experienced trainers.

With this programme, we also provide nutritional advice as we recognise your journey to wellbeing is a lifestyle. Over the course of your training block, you will have classes that focus on training upper body, lower body, core and cardio.

1-1 Personal Training

Tailored exactly for your fitness goals, we offer 1-1 or 1-2 personal training in Armagh. Working on what you want to achieve, we will create a programme that suits you. From your personal training session, you can expect to use the wide variety of equipment in our state of the art gym whether your goal is to build strength, work on cardio conditioning, or both.
